Is Whey Protein Supplement Is Likely Toxic?

Find Out Why Your Whey Protein Supplement Is Likely TOXIC For You

Best Protein Supplement IS NOT Whey

Let me clean up some misunderstandings:

A whey protein supplement is absolutely not the best protein supplement.

The truth is that for roughly 88 out of 100 white individuals, a whey protein supplement is toxic.

So, if you are white and using a whey protein supplement, you have an 88% chance to be doing yourself uncoerced harm.

This article is my unique contribution to the protein supplement debate. I have not viewed it covered anywhere else, and I now KNOW that this matter is critical. This is not hype, I have written this so that you give this article the proper attention it deserves.
This article will unrabel the connection between your blood type and what the best protein supplement is for you
Article highlights:
·    how the best protein supplement for you depends on your blood group
·    what does your blood type say about your protein supplement
·    the blood type lectin connection
·    how lectins play a role in your selection of the best protein supplement
·    where did I come up with this
·    bringing the pieces together

Presenting lectins

Lectins are a class of proteins that have the misfortune of chemically reacting with certain blood types while being completely neutral to others. Lectins are found in different foods and as such these foods will react poorly with certain blood types
When you consume lectins that are incompatible with your blood type you create digestive, metabolic and immune distress. The basis for this distress is that lectins will cause your blood cells, as well as other cells, to stick to one another. I’m sure you can understand how having clumps of cells travelling through your organic structure can have many and far reaching negative outcomes
And what do lectins have to do with picking out the best protein supplement?
A protein supplement contains the lectins from the food from which it was formulated

If you eat a soy protein supplement, you will be ingesting soy lectins. If you eat a casein protein supplement you will be ingesting casein lectins. If you eat a whey protein supplement, you will be ingesting whey lectins. The same account functions for a protein supplement from eggs, rice, hemp or any other

Thus, if you eat a protein supplement which was produced from food that reacts badly with your blood type you will experience effects like: immune system reaction in the form of food alergy, impaired protein digestion, inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining and many more
I’d really like to hear some backing up of that 88% number you proposed?
Breakdown of Caucasian population by blood type:
Blood Type O – 47 %
A Blood Type – 41 %
Blood Type B – 9%
Blood Type AB – 3% ( source, direct from my high school anatomy class book)

Type O and Type A should avoid the consumption of either whey or casein as it holds lectins that react gravely with their blood type — information source, a very well researched and popular nutritionary science book which I will be listing later for suspension intentions.

Note: the above information is not up for questioning, it is established scientific fact, do your personal inquiry and find out.

47% (type O) + 41% (Type A) = 88% of the white population – is warned against consuming either whey or casein – these two are the most commonly referenced as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.

So think about this!
How can a protein supplement that isn’t good for most of the white population (and actually detrimental) be considered the best protein supplement?

I’m not trying to panic anyone so let me insert some clarifications:
– the O blood type, if healthy, will stay free of symptoms with occasonsal whey use, however, even healthy type O’s should not consume casein AT ALL;
– for type the aforesaid rules likewise apply — with one exception, for blood type A there is a 20% probability that the lectins in whey will be neutral, but you have to test for this

{!! please don’t make the supposition that merely because you are a healthy type O (or A) you should consume whey, it is still counterproductive for you. Consuming a bag of chips won’t make you ill, but it nevertheless has bad effects on your body. Why should you diminish your results when there are alternatives that are actually advantageous} for you? For [example for the type O, beef has a constructive effect on health. Just drop out that whey and consume beef if your blood type is O. This is not true for A.~ Avoid the mistake of thinking that since you are a healthy type O you should continue using your whey protein supplement~Do not make the mistake of thinking that just because you are a healthy type O you should ignore this advice~Refrain from thinking that just because you are a healthy type O (or A) you can ignore this advice and just continue using your whey protein supplement~If you care about yourself (and I assume you do) avoid the thinking: “well I am a healthy type O and I’ve been ok with this protein supplement so I guess I am just gonna keep using it”. This is not a good ideea simply because you will be experiencing less than optimal results and doing yourself some gratuitous harm on this path. Think of it like this — a serving of french fries won’t kill you, but it will still be bad for you and cause systemic upset. So unless you really like the taste of whey (inside joke here) there is no reason to keep using it if you are a type O or A}

What you should realize here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood. You look at people on forums posting and babbling about the best protein supplement without recognizing that:

1 the best protein supplement is based on something called the best protein

2 the best protein doesn’t exist because all people don’t respond well to all protein – let me to say this again: no protein is beneficial for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.

I have preached about this before but it must be understood:
The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.
And what is healthy for you is bad for someone else, so the whole concept of the best protein supplement is absolute marketing hype.

PS: If you’re reckoning to yourself: how can this be true, how come nobody speaks about this?
