Three Day Weight Loss

Day 1:

Day 2:

Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. A boiled or poached egg, a slice of dry toast and half a banana.

Lunch: One cup of cottage cheese or tuna with eight saltine crackers. Coffee or tea with nothing or a sugar replacement. No sugar.

Dinner: Half a cup of carrots, a cup of cabbage and 2 hotdog sausages without the buns. Half a banana and half a cup of vanilla ice cream. Water to drink

Day 3:

Breakfast: Black coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. An apple, 5 salt crackers and an ounce of cheese.

Lunch: Black coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. One boiled egg and slice of dry toast.

Dinner: Water to drink. One cup of tuna in spring water, a cup of carrots and a cup of cauliflower. For dessert, one cup of melon and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.

When you are following the above diet, you must drink lots of water all day. To keep the body working the way it is supposed to, one needs to bear in mind that the body is made up mostly of water and needs lots of topping up. Four glasses is the minimum amount of water that should be drunk daily. Water is perfect for cleaning out your system and removing toxins. You need to drink a lot of water in order to keep toxins from building up in your body.

It isn’t a good idea to continue this diet longer than three days at a time. Follow this program for 3 days, then eat normally for 4-5 and then do the 3 day program again. The next time that this routine is followed, the same menu should be used, without making any changes. The low amount of calories that are consumed is how this diet is able to produce such great results.

The low caloric intake during this 3-day weight loss program is why this diet causes weight loss. It is great for losing a few pounds, but isn’t a program for losing lots of weight.
