			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m still struggling to loose the last 15 pounds I want to get rid of. I can&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s so hard for me to lose 15 pounds. I have been trying so hard for about 1 year now. I&#8217;m doing exercise regularly 4-5 days a week and am watching what I eat. But it seems I can&#8217;t lose that stubborn 15 pounds.  Help!!! What&#8217;s wrong with me? I&#8217;m not sure why.</p>
<p>My weight has been stable for about 3 years. I want to achieve my desired goal of weighing 100lbs but it seems so hard. The reason why I want to loose 15 pounds is because I&#8217;m not that tall. I&#8217;m only 4&#8243;11 and I think 100lbs is the best weight for my small frame. What do ya&#8217;ll think? <span id="more-55"></span></p>
<p>I need to stay motivated and get back on track.  2 months ago <strong>I joined the Nutrisystem diet plan</strong> and I quit because I was too stingy.  But now I have joined Nutrisystem again. This time I ordered the dinner meal only.</p>
<p>Dinner is the most difficult and weakest part. Since my husband and I work full time, I don&#8217;t have time to cook (lazy is the right word) for our dinner so we always dine out.  Or buy dinner and eat it home.  Most of the time the food that we eat is not healthy food.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the main reason why I decided to join the Nutrisystem diet plan again and order just the dinner meal only. Most of their dinners have calorie counts between 220-360. I hope that&#8217;ll help me.</p>
<p>Anybody have experience struggling to lose the last few pounds?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Did I tell you that I quit the Nutrisystem program a few weeks a go. Why? not because the program was bad, but because I want to challenge myself. I found interesting that the food provided  by certain diet programs was actually similar to the food that I eat regularly.  So I&#8217;m thinking <em>why I need to spend money while I can find my own way and create my own diet meals</em>. Okay I confess,  the honest reason is actually  because I&#8217;m too stingy to spend money.  It hurts my heart when I have to pay $300 a month just to get the same food that I believe I can make it my own.</p>
<p>Its a lot cheaper and you can be more fun because you won&#8217;t get bored to eat the same food over and over for a year. If you eat the same food all the time, like vaccines, your body will be immune. In that case, YES! you will loose weight, not because of the program, but because you are tired of the food and you don&#8217;t want to eat it anymore.  Just to see the food makes you lose your appetite (heheeh&#8230;&#8230; that&#8217;s my theory ). <span id="more-49"></span></p>
<p>The key to managing your own diet plan is the portion and balance of the diet. I mean, you can not just eat carbohydrates all the time and skip the protein. All the nutritions in your daily food intake have to be balanced. Try to eat 5 meals a day and watch out the portion and what you eat. Since I have the whole meal planner and serving guide from my previous diet program, so I can use that for an idea on what to eat and what groceries to buy. Also don&#8217;t forget to eat 100% whole wheat bread instead of white, brown rice instead of white, 1% milk instead of whole milk, etc..etc&#8230; You know what I mean.</p>
<p>I try to do my exercise regularly 6 days a week and eat right with the right proportion (cheat a little bit here and there, heheh). I want to see if I can loose weight that way. That will be my challenge. And I&#8217;m confident I can do it.  I see result since I increase my exercise routine.</p>

It&#8217;s amazing when you start programing your mind to achieve a weight loss goal, you feel guilty when you fail or skip doing a thing from your to <strong>&#8220;do lists&#8221;</strong>.</p>
<p>Since I started my Nutrisystem weight loss program 3 weeks ago, I try to totally focus my mind on the program. I want to be successful in shedding pounds from my body. If other people can do that, I can do that as well. I try to be really disciplined in following the Nutrisystem weight loss program guide and rules.</p>
<p>I try to exercise 5 days a week. It&#8217;s really tough sometimes. There are times I don&#8217;t want to work out because of laziness or fatigue. BUT all the time I&#8217;m feeling guilty if I skip my exercise or eat junk food. I am afraid I will gain back all the weight that I&#8217;ve tried so hard to loose.  I have already spent money, time, entergy, etc&#8230; and I don&#8217;t want to ruin all the hard work and all the resources just because of laziness? Nay! nay! nay! Beside that, I&#8217;ve seen RESULTS and that motivates me to keep going!<span id="more-38"></span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Alert! Alert!&#8230; Today I want to make an important announcement for all of you that I officially lost 6 pounds within 15 days of my joining the Nutrisystem diet. Weeeehuuuuuu..I&#8217;m so happy. I can&#8217;t believe I can lose weight so easily. Well!! not that easily actually <img src='http://www.weightlossthing.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Especially, I want to thank  myself and my husband who is really supportive of my effort since the beginning.</p>
<p>But please don&#8217;t misunderstand me okay, this success wouldn&#8217;t have happened as quickly as it has now if it comes from the diet alone. I myself make a big contribution. How?? by doing exercise +/- 1 hour a day  for  5 days a week. As long as you follow the dieting guideline you will be on the right track.<span id="more-37"></span></p>
<p>I know I sound like I&#8217;m exaggerating but you need to reward yourself for any successful thing you&#8217;ve done in life, even for the smallest successes you&#8217;ve made, don&#8217;t you think? That makes life so wonderful and interesting.</p>
<p>Last night my husband and I went to Texas Road House restaurant to celebrate this achievement. We wanted to spoil ourselves a little bit.  I&#8217;m thinking &#8221; hmmmm&#8230;.  it would be fine to break my diet for one day&#8221;.  I ate a junior Chicken Critters (3 fried crispy white chicken tenders), a bowl of  steamed broccoli, 2 handfuls of roasted peanuts and 2 sweet bread rolls. That&#8217;s not too bad. I think my tummy shrunk. I can&#8217;t eat a lot of food now.  I promised to do exercise last night but I was so sleepy. I fell asleep on the couch and exercise became just a thought instead of a reality. Today I have to do my exercise.  I need to get back on track again. It&#8217;s 15 pounds more to go.</p>
<p>At the end of May we are going to the beach; let&#8217;s see if I can loose another 10 pounds within 1 month. That&#8217;ll be GREAT!!!&#8230;..The crabs won&#8217;t laugh at me when I wear my bikini on the beach.</p>

<p>This morning I had cranberry orange pastry and banana for my breakfast. I had salad, fat free Italian dressing and a boiled egg. For my afternoon snack I had fat free blueberry yogurt. And I had another yummy mashed potato &amp; meatloaf with tomato sauce, steam broccoli and carrot. Plus peanut butter bar for my desert. <span id="more-36"></span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 4. This morning my husband and I ran to the bathroom to measure ourselves. I can&#8217;t believe my scale pointed to 116lbs. I was so excited. This morning I ate maple brown sugar oatmeal, half of banana and soya milk. I had chocolate crunch bar for my lunch and for dinner I had salad, a biscuit and a slice of turkey bacon. for my exercise I did my breakthru pilates sculpt for 40 minutes. Had my shower and then we watched movie that we rented from blockbuster.  The movie titled was &#8220;30 days night.&#8221;  It was kind of a gory film but entertaining.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is my second day of dieting. Firstly in the morning I weight myself. The scale showed 118lbs this time. Cihuuuuuuuuuuuuuuui! means I lost one pound. This morning I had apple cinnamon oatmeal, banana, soya milk for my breakfast. I brought beans and ham soup for my lunch. When I arrived at work, my colleague told me that our manager would bought us lunch. Hmm&#8230; a temptation!<span id="more-33"></span></p>
<p>I was too stingy to pass a free lunch. I went ahead and ordered steak panini for me.  I was feeling guilty but kept eating them. That afternoon I ate the steak not the bread from the panini, my hams and bean soup. For my afternoon snacks I ate my pear.</p>
<p>For my dinner I ate grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing, rotini with meatballs tomato sauce,  4 halves pecan. For my desert I ate microwave chocolate cake. Yummy!&#8230; that&#8217;s plenty of food.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t do my exercise tonight. I was to lazy to do that.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Huraaaa!!!! today after work I saw a huge package right at front of my door. Wow! I can&#8217;t believe the delivery was so quick. It took only 2 days from the time I ordered it. I was so curious to see what&#8217;s inside.<span id="more-25"></span></p>
<p>On the box there&#8217;s a message that said &#8220;<em>Please call this **** number before you open your box!</em>&#8221;  Basically that&#8217;s a machine introduction and explanation about Nutrisystem on how to use everything in the box.  Okay. I graduated from that part.</p>
<p>Everything is super easy to follow. Simply grab an entree, add-in a few grocery items (like fresh fruit, vegetables, salads and dairy items and you are ready to go. Since all meals are perfectly portioned, there is no weighing, measuring or counting calories and points.</p>
<p>In the box I got :<br />

2.Inventory of Nutrisystem food&#8211;each item is marked &#8220;Breakfast Time&#8221;, &#8220;Lunch Time&#8221;, Dinner Time&#8221;, &#8220;Desert&#8221;.  There are 28 breakfasts, 28 lunches, 28 dinners and 28 desserts. Plus 7 extra of each for my FREE WEEK items.<br />
3. Mind and Body Guides &#8211; Including in this package is the Mindset makeover book and exercise DVD .</p>
