Reasons To Create Your Own Diet Meals

Did I tell you that I quit the Nutrisystem program a few weeks a go. Why? not because the program was bad, but because I want to challenge myself. I found interesting that the food provided by certain diet programs was actually similar to the food that I eat regularly. So I’m thinking why I need to spend money while I can find my own way and create my own diet meals. Okay I confess, the honest reason is actually because I’m too stingy to spend money. It hurts my heart when I have to pay $300 a month just to get the same food that I believe I can make it my own.

Its a lot cheaper and you can be more fun because you won’t get bored to eat the same food over and over for a year. If you eat the same food all the time, like vaccines, your body will be immune. In that case, YES! you will loose weight, not because of the program, but because you are tired of the food and you don’t want to eat it anymore. Diet and exercise go hand in hand when it comes to healthful weight loss. Many of us know this to be true yet have a difficult time incorporating both into our lives. We live busy hectic lives and sometimes eating properly is replaced by eating whatever we can find in a hurry. We know that taking the stairs or parking farther away from the store can be great ways to burn a few more calories on a daily basis, but with tight schedules, we may not be able to do this.

Coming up with good ideas for a diet exercise plan can be difficult, but I’m here to help! Here are some rules that will help you incorporate proper diet and exercise into your life and set you on a path to better health, energy and weight loss.

Rule Number One

In order to eat properly throughout the day on a consistent basis, you need to get in the habit of planning ahead.

There’s nothing worse than setting out to make a healthful meal and realizing that you are missing one or two ingredients. So close, yet so far! To avoid this, make sure you plan your menu for the week and make a shopping list based on the menu. Try to plan for five days at a time which will allow you to keep fresh produce on hand at all times.

As well, keep a magnetic pad on the fridge with a pencil handy so that you may write things down as you run out. When you make the actual list, categorize each section of the store which will make shopping a breeze. Nutrisystem Weight Loss Program: Is It Worth It?

I am so proud of myself. Last week I did my exercise for 5 days in a row, an hour each. GOOD JOB SUZANA!! The exercises varied from Pilates, Yoga, Weight Lifting, Taebo Cardio, Body Sculpt and Power Walk.

It’s amazing when you start programing your mind to achieve a weight loss goal, you feel guilty when you fail or skip doing a thing from your to “do lists”.

Since I started my Nutrisystem weight loss program 3 weeks ago, I try to totally focus my mind on the program. I want to be successful in shedding pounds from my body. If other people can do that, I can do that as well. I try to be really disciplined in following the Nutrisystem weight loss program guide and rules.

I try to exercise 5 days a week. It’s really tough sometimes. There are times I don’t want to work out because of laziness or fatigue. BUT all the time I’m feeling guilty if I skip my exercise or eat junk food. I am afraid I will gain back all the weight that I’ve tried so hard to loose. I have already spent money, time, entergy, etc… and I don’t want to ruin all the hard work and all the resources just because of laziness? Nay! nay! nay!
