Today I’m off work. I had carpenter working on our condo. They built a storage room underneath the stairs. I didn’t measure myself this morning so I don’t know how much weight I lost today.
This morning I had cranberry orange pastry and banana for my breakfast. I had salad, fat free Italian dressing and a boiled egg. For my afternoon snack I had fat free blueberry yogurt. And I had another yummy mashed potato & meatloaf with tomato sauce, steam broccoli and carrot. Plus peanut butter bar for my desert.
I didn’t have time to do my exercise today or maybe I’m too lazy to do that 🙂
