Today is my second day of dieting. Firstly in the morning I weight myself. The scale showed 118lbs this time. Cihuuuuuuuuuuuuuuui! means I lost one pound. This morning I had apple cinnamon oatmeal, banana, soya milk for my breakfast. I brought beans and ham soup for my lunch. When I arrived at work, my colleague told me that our manager would bought us lunch. Hmm… a temptation!
I was too stingy to pass a free lunch. I went ahead and ordered steak panini for me. I was feeling guilty but kept eating them. That afternoon I ate the steak not the bread from the panini, my hams and bean soup. For my afternoon snacks I ate my pear.
For my dinner I ate grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing, rotini with meatballs tomato sauce, 4 halves pecan. For my desert I ate microwave chocolate cake. Yummy!… that’s plenty of food.
I didn’t do my exercise tonight. I was to lazy to do that.
