In this era of Xbox’s - maybe the term couch potato will be removed from the dictionary. It's increasingly difficult to lose weight with the abundance of activities that doesn't require us to be physically active. For the longest time, I washed everything down in water, thinking it'll go away but still the flabs stayed. What I'm doing right now is taking baby steps in a 3x-a-week exercise plan.
