The low carb diet plan has been around for well over a century in one form or another. The diet has gained popularity over recent years making dieting more confusing than ever. High carb, low carb, no carb, good carb, bad carb… it’s tough for people to figure out just what type of low carb diet plan, if any, will aid in their weight loss. And if so, is it healthful?

Reasons To Create Your Own Diet Meals
Did I tell you that I quit the Nutrisystem program a few weeks a go. Why? not because the program was bad, but because I want to challenge myself. I found interesting that the food provided by certain diet programs was actually similar to the food that I eat regularly. So I’m thinking why I need to spend money while I can find my own way and create my own diet meals. Okay I confess, the honest reason is actually because I’m too stingy to spend money. It hurts my heart when I have to pay $300 a month just to get the same food that I believe I can make it my own.
Its a lot cheaper and you can be more fun because you won’t get bored to eat the same food over and over for a year. If you eat the same food all the time, like vaccines, your body will be immune. In that case, YES! you will loose weight, not because of the program, but because you are tired of the food and you don’t want to eat it anymore. Step Exercise for 4 Bucks
I went to Goodwill last week. I got a exercise step for just 4 bucks. It looks new and never been used. I always wanted to get an exercise step but it cost 30 bucks and I don’t want to spend $30-$40 for a step. I’m a frugal person and it always hurt my lung if I spend money for something I can wait to have. I always have a though at the back of my mind that I WILL get it one day no matter what and it will be cheap. Just a matter of time. So I thought I better wait and be patient.
Then, when I walked around at Goodwill last week, I saw an almost new step on the box sitting on the rack. It seemed it’s waiting for me to grab. it looks new and it’s probably been used for 2-3 times, but who cares.. You step on it anyway. See folks! Weight loss and being frugal go hand in hand
